Touching Lives

The outpouring of love that you’ve shown me means the world to me. I never would have thought that my book would reach so many people! I wanted to quickly share a message that I received from a mom in Florida. She sent me the picture that I’ve posted here and informed me that, not only has she read my book, but that she shared it with her children. When I received this photo, I was almost in tears. Her kind words mean so much and this photo is beautiful in every way.

My primary goal when I first put my book out into the world was to try and help end the stigma regarding mental illness. There are a variety of mental health issues that people of all ages struggle with. It’s so important to share our experiences so others can learn from them.
